jamiebassam@representative.com is one of the many 419 scammers you will meet on the internet. This email comes from 119.81.205.76 which is quite an infamous IP address. It is on several block lists and has a page on the Anti-hacker alliance site. It is located in Singapore, Malaysia.

Free Anti-spam: Gmail. It has the best spam filters, as far as I can tell. You can set up gmail to collect your email, and then download it from gmail. Spam gone. Pro Tip: Be sure to configure Gmail so that it retrieves your spam laden email via POP3. The reason for this is that if you simply forward your email to your Gmail account then Gmail thinks the email is coming from your email server. So Gmail starts to rate your server as a bad server and that causes email delivery problems for you and your correspondents. Whereas if you configure gmail to use POP3 then it sees the source of the spam being the spammers. To configure Gmail to collect your email you need to go into the settings menu.

Often times, you need to provide an email address to be able to download something. And then you can expect the company to email you regularly about their products. I use a free
email address from Mailinator to receive the download links and registration keys. Zero
sign up. Just make up an email user, like jondoe for instance, and then go to Mailinator.com and type in jondoe to check email for that account.
Use it once to get your download info and then forget about it, or keep using it to avoid getting spammed when you need to provide a temporary, one use, email address. Any mail sent there gets deleted after a few hours.
