This directory says it is "the Earth's biggest environment search engine". It offers a huge number of links divided into 30 subject areas, including disasters, education, employment and government.

Sierra Club
This web site is a member supported organization and is loaded with information on its struggle to protect the environment by influencing public policy decisions.

Environmental Protection Agency
Click on students to go to the EPA student center, where you'll find a globe divided into sectors: ecosystems, water, human health, in your neighborhood, waste and recycling, air, conservation, and environmental basics.
